Elevating Slivers to Perfection

Drawing

The Drawing Department at Sadiq Textile Mills is where fibers gain the uniformity and structure essential for producing high-quality yarns. This department fine-tunes the alignment and blend of fibers through multi-stage drafting and preliminary twisting. The focus is on achieving consistent thickness and eliminating irregularities, ensuring each strand is well-prepared for the high-precision ring spinning phase.

Fiber Drafting Process

Aligning and stretching fibers to achieve uniform sliver quality.

In the drawing process, multiple slivers from the stretch breaker section are combined and drafted through high-speed rollers. This controlled stretching aligns the fibers, improves blend consistency, and reduces variations in thickness. By the end of this stage, the sliver is smoother, more uniform, and ready for further refinement.

Stretch Breaking to Drawing

Yarns rest in cans, primed for precise blending and refinement.

At Sadiq Textiles, after fibers pass through the stretch breaker, the resulting yarns are carefully collected in cans to maintain their alignment and quality. These cans feed directly into the drawing machines, where skilled control blends and drafts the fibers, ensuring uniform thickness and smoothness. This critical step prepares the yarn for consistent strength and performance in the final spinning stage, reflecting our commitment to precision and excellence throughout the process.
