Graduate Trainee Program

For recent graduates, our Emerging Leaders Program provides a fast-track into meaningful roles. Over a structured 12–18 month rotation, you will experience different functions of the business – from procurement and production planning to export logistics and product development. This rotation builds a comprehensive understanding of the textile supply chain and Sadiq’s operations. Trainees participate in leadership development workshops and are paired with senior managers for mentoring. By the end of the program, you will have developed strong skills, a broad network within the company, and a clear opportunity to step into a full-time role that matches your passions and strengths.

Student Internship Program

We offer a comprehensive internship program for university students in textile engineering, materials science, design, and related fields. Interns at Sadiq Textile Mills gain hands-on experience in our manufacturing operations, R&D labs, and quality control departments. You will work on real projects under the guidance of experienced mentors, helping to develop new yarn blends, refine production techniques, or implement efficiency improvements. In addition to practical work, interns join team projects, attend seminars on industry trends, and receive a monthly stipend as recognition for their contributions.
